For over a decade, Scott served as an Operations and Investment Executive at a privately held investment firm using a PE-style strategy. He led M&A, digital transformation, and performance turnarounds across a $180M+ portfolio, stepping in as CEO for multiple underperforming businesses and repositioning them for growth. His focus spanned Healthcare, SaaS, Compliance, and Subscription-based models - often in sectors where trust, clarity, and operational rigor mattered most. He has led more than $100M in investments and drove operational initiatives across North America, Central America, Europe, and Asia. The work has spanned complex environments: distressed operations, international expansion, early-stage IP development, and go-to-market realignments. Engagements ranged from building patent infrastructure in green energy to shifting media and healthcare companies toward profitable, scalable models. Along the way friends were made, teams were built, and leaders developed - many of whom have gone on to become CEOs of their own companies.
